((In the middle of the prairie stands a solitary cabin, made out of mismatched chunks of long-dead wood. There is a little patch of dirt, Delphi's garden, next to the house, where you can see salad, tomatoes, and strawberries, along with the tufts of various plants, some of which include carrots and radishes. The plants are arranged in no particular order, yet the garden still gives the appearance of a serene, orderly place. If you choose to enter the cabin, you will find a small, simply furnished room with a table that is made out of the same wood, it seems, as the house. There is a massive oak tree in the middle of the room; Delphi didn't have the heart to cut it down to build her house. A hammock is hanging from the tree, as are some clothes and blankets, probably set out there to dry. A solitary stump next to the table serves as a chair, and a potted bluebell sits on said table. A minuscule stove can be found in a corner, along with a few beeswax candles.))
**Delphi twirls around her house as the aroma of freshly baked biscuits wafts through her home. The faun makes up a song about her dwelling and how wonderful it is as she spins around the tree in her house.** What a wonderful place this is!! I can't think of a more wonderful place to be! This is such a wonderful house I share with this wonderful tree! ((etc...))

Thorn pokes his little, tiny dragon head around the corner of the house. The smell had drawn his attention away from a fuzz ball and now he was curious. He watched Delphi dance around with large yellow eyes, his little paws tucked in underneath him like a cat. What ever the faun was cooking smelled good!
The whole cave area was new to him, and he wanted to explore. Mystery had left for a while, and so thorn thought it was a perfect time to go explore! His stripy banded tail curls around his paws as he presses his belly against the ground, the grass cold and soft beneth his scales. He rests his head on the floor boards, looking up at the singing, dancing faun with cute, round yellow, eyes; waiting to be noticed.

**Delphi stops twirling long enough to catch her breath and notices the little dragon-thing on her doorstep. Her eyes widen, and she crouches down to be closer to his height.** Awww..... who might you be little guy? You're just so cute!! I can't believe it! **Standing back up, she asks.** Would you like some biscuits? They should be about done now.

Thorn stretches up as Delphi crouches down to her height. Purring, he waves his tail like a happy dog, curling it around his legs, yellow eyes brightening up. He leaps to his little paws and into the air, spreading his little wings and doing a cute little backflip at the sound of buiscuits. Perfect! He purrs loudly, and he hovers at her height, his little yellow, black, and red wings spread to catch the little breze to stay afloat.
Now just to explain his name. He lands back onto the floor, and cranes his nech around, looking for a plant. Just outside he finds a little plant, a kind he didn't know about, but it had little prickles and thorns on the stalks. Purring, he trotts over and flicks his little tail over the stalk, and the little thorns.

**Waltzing over to the stove, Delphi pulls out a tray of perfectly baked biscuits and places them on her "table".** OK little guy. **Looking around, she tilts her head.** Where'd you go? **The faun spots him outside, in her garden.** That's a raspberry plant. Is your name Raspberry? Or maybe it's Stem! That's a pretty name too, you know. The tree in my kitchen is called Root.

Thorn sitcks out his tongue and wrinkles his little nose. Stem? Nope! He walks around the plant, then nudges one of the thorns. Pricking himself, he pulls back sharply, then rubs his muzzle with a paw.
He then looks back up at Delphi and smiles, purring. Did she get it now?

**Delphi bends down, seeing the small critter get hurt.** Oh, I'm so sorry! Are you okay? **She glowers at the raspberry plant shaking her finger at it.** You should have known better! **Facing Thorn, she apologizes.** I'm so sorry. She can be such a feisty girl at times. Here, come inside where I can get you a band-aid. **Turning around and walking towards the house, she continues to talk.** So your name is Thorn? What's very nice. I once knew a raven named Thorn. Very noble, very zen.

Thorn leaped to his little paws and floated after Delphi, staying just only slightly behind her in respect. It was a habit of his to follow. He purrs, his yellow eyes curving in happiness. He did find it a little off that she was talking as if the plants were alive, be he didn't question it. It was the same thing with Mystery; why does he wear blue cloth everywhere? He had always wondered, but he knew it was a good reason and didn't question.
He purrs loudly, like a little cat and follows her to her house. The overwafting smell of freshly baked buiscuits clouded the front of his vision, making his eyes water. He could almost taste them! Yum! And as for the Raven named Thorn, well that was pretty cool! He didn't know anyone else had the name 'Thorn' and though he should go visit him someday. He smiled at the thought. Very zen. Thorn the Zen Raven. He purred, knowing no clue what 'zen' was but thought it sounded very neat.

**Delphi smiles to the dragonlet.** Here.... **The faun pats the table.** You can just sit here. **Opening up a trap door in the floor, she walks down a few steps and pauses to say.** Wait a sec, okay? I'll be back. **A few moments later, she comes back up with a small bowl of home churned butter and raspberry jam she made herself.** These will go wonderfully with the biscuits!

Thorn hovered over to where the faun had told him to sit, and did just as he was told. He curled his little wings at his side and wrapped his banded tail over his paws. His yellow glittery eyes watched Delphi dissapear, then reappear again. He purred, picking up his tial and slapping it back down on his paws happily. The jam and butter, not to mention the buiscuits, smelled scrumtious!

**Tilting her head, Delphi asks:** Would you like some jam and/or butter on your biscuit? **Not waiting for an answer, she delicately splits a biscuit in two and begins spreading butter on it.** And once you've gotten all settled with this, I'll go get some aloe vera and a band-aid for your little boo-boo.

Thorn purred and nodded his head for both things. He never really tried jam before... but it smelt good as for butter, Mystery had shown him lots of times with a sandwich. He smiled and watched her for a few momnets before flicking out a forked tongue to lick where the thorn had pricked him. It didn't hurt to much, just a little stinging reminder, and Thorn was really greatful for the faun's generosity. He crouched on his little seat like a cat ready to spring and pounce, his jaws opened slightly and tail lashing back and forth in excitement. He purrs and looks up at Delphi with liquid little eyes.

**Delphi nods.** That's what I figured.... **Putting jam on the other half of the biscuit, she gently squishes the two together and sets the once again whole biscuit in front of the little dragon.** There! Now for the aloe vera..... **The faun steps out of her cabin and takes a large whiff of air before turning towards her garden once again.**

Thorn leaps off the table and does a neat little back flip, almost making a complete circle with his tail and head. Purring loudly like a large cat, he lands on his seat again and crouches before the buiscuit. His yellow eyes never leave the treat, his mouth open slightly to show tiny sharp teeth as his head snakes back and forth to show the buiscuit both sides of his little red face and to show how terrifying it was.
"RA!" He squeaked pouncing forward and dabbing at it with his paws like a pouncing cat on a mouse. In one quick movement, he gobbled the buiscuit and swallowed, mouth watering. Yummy! He sure showed THAT treat! HA!

((Wow, he has a big mouth!))
**Asking the aloe vera plant quite nicely and apologizing afterwards, Delphi clips a small stalk off the plant and walks back into the cabin.** Here we are! **Seeing Thorn's trick, she claps happily.** Wow! That was wonderful! You're a very talented little fellow! **She trots over to the closet and grabs some cheese cloth- all natural cheese cloth- and goes back over to Thorn.** Now if you'll just show me that paw....
